I received a call from HR about 5 days after I applied online and we setup a 30-minute phone interview with a manager for the next day. The phone interview was mainly me going over my resume and a handful of questions. At the end of the phone interview I was told they would like to move forward and HR will be contacting me to schedule an additional interview. About three business days later HR contacted me to setup an interview that week but I wasn’t able to make it work with my schedule. Early the next week, HR contacted me again and scheduled a video conference interview at their office. The video interview lasted about two hours and was with the same manager as the phone interview then one with a director and finally one with a VP. All three of these primarily consisted of questions and answers from both sides. A little over a day later I received an offer. It took just under three weeks from the time I applied to receive an offer.
