Entrevista
- Initial Interview was via phone call with the HR. Passed the initial interview.
- After passing the initial interview, I was given an art assessment.
- Was given no feedback and/or result on the art assessment, HR just told me they'll be endorsing me to other "art department" positions and that they want me to do another round of interview ON SITE.
- Found out ON SITE that I did not pass the art assessment but they still proceeded with the second interview.
- On the second round of interview, the hiring managers just proceeded to review my portfolio in silence. Interview ended in 15minutes.
- Never contacted me again, no rejection emails whatsover.
Overall, the recruitment process S U C K E D big time. The hiring managers looked like they didn't wanna be there at all. Vibes are completely off. Total waste of time and money imo. Could've have just flat out rejected me via phone or email.

The interview process is F2F. You have to go to their office in Taguig. Overall process felt uncoordinated, and they ghosted me afterwards, but the interview itself was a good learning experience at least
