I interviewed virtually at the start of the Covid19 pandemic. The interview process consisted of a short intro phone call, followed by a longer call with a technical team member to chat about experience and past projects in depth. I was then invited to collaborate (virtually) with the team for on a project they were working on, which I was paid for. The team was super friendly and welcoming and I had the opportunity to dig into some interesting technical problems and then put together a quick power point presentation afterwards. The team then hung around for a happy hour chat and I hear back less than a week later.
