A list of written questions to follow up on the application, a 15-minute recruiter interview, a strategic test project, and then a final round with the hiring manager if you make it through. The interview itself was straightforward, but the test project was very excessive. I understand the need for test projects, but their (unpaid) test asked for a full strategy across multiple areas of the site, and that was before ever speaking with a hiring manager. That depth of test should be a paid project, and it should be limited to final-round candidates.

Very bland and generic, felt like I was thrown between people and the company felt like it was managed more like a factory than an actually Factory. Last step of the process was a 5 min call with the CEO where talked for 4.5 min.
