First contacted by the recruiter who was very informative about the job and what they were looking for. He answered all of my questions honestly and gave straightforward answers. Then I was moved on to the next round, it took about three weeks before they got back with me. The process was a little slow. Had two rounds of interviews, was ask questions about resolving issues, stressful situations, and time management. The final interview was with a panel of 3, and was asked more situational questions. Offer was made 3 days later.
