The application process was around 2 months. The company culture was welcoming. The interview process included group case discussions, 2 interviews with managers, and 1 interview with a partner. Interview questions were conversational and were based on the role that I applied for.

Q: What are your thoughts on technology and using digital tools?
Manager interview and then partner interview. Both virtual interviews without camera turned on which takes a week in total. Then after 2 weeks received hr call on the offer details. Received official offer and onboarding and background check details days after.

Poorly organised, but the IV process was standard Deloitte: A joint exercise, moderated and observed by a group of interviewers, followed by a 1:1 interview with a senior consultant in the Digital practise. The follow up partner interview was simply a few questions about my history - as people say, this was basically a confirmation interview. The real decisions were clearly made in the group challenge and the 1:1.
