Long (1 hour), in depth and contained two parts. Firstly a panel of two hiring managers and secondly a one on one session with the manager of the department I was applying to. Was asked questions related to how my university degree prepared me for this role. Plenty of opportunity to ask questions and gain an insight into the company, work environment and past projects.
The interview process was well organized, and the interviewers were professional and approachable throughout. The overall experience was smooth, with clear communication at each stage. The complete process took around 1–2 weeks and consisted of multiple rounds, including technical and HR discussions, depending on the role and business unit.
