Referral - I got the phone screen first. There were just normal behavior questions like why are you interested in assurance. After two weeks later, I got email to have an office visit. On that day, I met two partners. The process were very smoothly, and they are very nice. I got offer one day after onsite interview.

Prep for a case and motivation interviews, a lot of questions are the similar so prep with a lot of stories, case itself is fine just remember to time control and focus on the task and focus on the process
