I interviewed for Bangalore office and the it was just 4 hours process. I had one quick introduction round with one EFA consultant followed by technical round and then Managerial round. Final round was with HR about discussion of compensation. Each round was about 20-30 minutes.

first screening then a hirevue interview after a week then after 2 weeks another interview then after 2 weeks another interview then they do background check if u pass then they give you an offer letter
First round is hireVue automated interview, consists 5 questions. 3 are introductory based and 2 are excel based question.
Second is communication round from versant.(check YouTube for detailed information)
Third round is excel(in person) - 1st set is based on countifs and 2nd part is to find the aggregate and write a mail to manager based on the findings in the second part.
4th round is the interview with two pannels mostly based from your resume, previous experience, excel formulas, basic accounting (it's really easy then expected )
