Initial telephone interview, followed by two separate F2F interviews across Director, Partner and senior partner levels. Entire process was fairly lengthy and had to chase the recruiter on more than one occasion. Recruiter promises did not materalise in terms of the package that he described.
tech design discussion + work done in projects in previous companies (in detail) + partner round to check attitude and general fitment + round with human resource for designation and salary discussion
3 x interviews with Director and 3 x Partners. Fast to move to next interview, no visibility on clients or types of engagements they had in mind.
Delay to get offer, contract for Independent Contractor, zero hr contract.
