Hired through campus recruiting. 30 minute phone interview then I was invited to office visit where I did two 30-minute behavioral interviews with a senior manager and with a director. It was fairly easy, as I mostly just relied on my skills and resume in the interview. They took a month to make an offer which is unusual for Deloitte.
