Referred by a friend. Contacted by recruiter. Phone interview, followed by in-person. 5 people, simultaneous, led by incumbent manager. Covered work-life balance, team fit, technical grasp, and ability to work with client. After that, phone contact with Senior Manager, and offer/negotiation.

Since I had personal knowledge of the work, most of the questions were not surprising.
Really long process; after a verbal offer, I got ghosted and now the offer is rescinded because my expected salary is higher than that of another candidate:) Very disappointing and discouring experience

The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
