Initial interview with recruiter who laid out the position, interview process and background for Deloitte. 2nd interview on phone with Sr. Consultant more of a detailed background interview. 3rd set of interviews were onsite with 3 different individuals at different levels. Discussed position expectations, career growth, and interviewed one another. Tips: Use examples from past experience, the best way to prep. They want to know about issues and projects you have worked on on the past. Be concise and summarize. Make sure you answer and ask questions.

The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back

3 rounds were held ,the first round was focused towards what was there in the resume, mostly from the current role and then there were few random guesstimates
Round 2 and round 3 were case studies mostly
