The interview process consisted of three rounds. 50 of roughly 600 applicants were recruited. 1. An online aptitude test conducted by Aspiring Minds, consisting of questions from English, Quantitative Skills, and Logical Reasoning. 2. A case study, where groups of 9-12 students teamed up to present solutions to business scenario Candidates were judged based on their abilities in communication, critical thinking and leadership. 3. A personal interview. Not particularly challenging, this is mostly to gauge how well you would do at Deloitte and whether or not you'd fit in.
