the first phase was an interview with HR and online assessment, then the second phase is a group dynamic. Lastly phase 3 is an interview with partner. for the last 2 phases you are already allocated to a team.

Admittedly, I ended up giving up on the interview process. The communication was kind of spotty but I got to the Case Study stage. After submitting they kind of ghosted me for a while (read: a month and a half) - by the time they got back to me I lost interest
