Three phases, I forget the first one. Maybe that was the recruiter convo. One of them was a pair-programming assignment, another was more general conversation.
The programming task wasn't anything mean from a technical standpoint. It is fairly basic actually, but effective at sifting out those who just don't know what they're doing. I got a severe case of tunnel vision and still passed. Still rating as difficult because it's harder than what most people ask for, even though it's easy compared to what I hear can exist (say a google interview).
I will say, they're faster than the large primes, but slower than some to get back to you, including BAH. First time I applied a few years back I didn't hear back until after I was at my new role. This time it took about a month to get through the whole process, whereas BAH was ready to snipe me with a process taking less than a week at the end (I delayed them because I knew this was my first choice).
