Strangest thing is they tell salary upfront before scheduling interview itself which feels awkward as there no negotiations..... I think this is not correct process. Also salary offered was half of national average of Germany for that post. They say German client but never telling which is client. We have to agree on salary before interview itself. What kind of process is that??
