The interview was very long and detailed. They asked a lot of detailed questions about my past experiences and even more. The vibe of the interviewer was quite direct, however they asked some really irrelevant questions and sometimes got off-topic. Since this is not a senior role, I didn't really get it. In the end, they ghosted me since 3 months:8

easily done online, you get asked a few question, you answer them, they are mostly interested in background and personality and how it will match with the organisation itself. Beware that Danone is a very social organisation in terms of structure, so communication is a critical skill to get things done around.

Why did you specifically apply for this internship?
We have scheduled the interview smoothly. However they cancelled the interview just 1 hour before the scheduled interview. Afterwards, they told me they have already selected one internal transfer candidate.
Had one screening call with recruiter then online interview with two managers. The one that would be my boss and my N + 1. Got a call back and hour later with the job offer.
