For this role, one must go through a 5-tier interview. In the initial 4 tiers, the process is fast and smooth with constant communication from the primary person from the company (HR Manager).
However, the communication stopped since then with no updates from the HR side. Decided to follow up on my own after almost a month and was told the decision maker is on leave for a week.
Follow up again after the given time frame but received no feedback for a week. And I decided to send a last message in hope to have a closure for this.
The HR Manager took a day to revert that the company's priority has changed and they are re-evaluating the scope and direction of this position while keeping the vacancy opened with the same JD.
