Webex interview with HR, OD team, recruitment and hiring manager. Was flown to Amsterdam for interviews with one up manager, a peer of the manager and the hiring manager again.
The interviews themselves were traditional and unstructured - could use updating in accordance with the latest research.
I really liked all of the interviewers except for the hiring manager who was rude, arrogant, and belligerent. Turned down the offer.

Entretiens bien structurés, le process est clair, c'est la force des multinationales, rien n'est fait aléatoirement.
Il faut bien préparer les connaissances sur la boite, la majorité des jobs ne sont pas liés à une marque en particulier ( sauf si vous postulez pour le poste de chef de marque bien sur) mais on sent que la boite cherche à se détacher d'une marque = une expertise. Bon courage
I Interviewed with human resources team. First I got a call from the human resources specialist and later we had a 1 hour online interview with the human resources manager

Entrevista
I submitted online application via danone website, then I received interview invite via email. In two weeks time I had an online interview via Google meet/zoom with HR and the Hiring Manager
