The process was Very efficient and thorough. Each stage was very well explained and feedback was provided which allowed for great learning and personal and professional development. Each questions and scenario was explained by the interviewer.

Applied via company website and got sent to do a skills test. The first part of the skills test was to assess how you could answer brand management questions. There were 16 scenario based questions and you only had 10 minutes to answer. This was not enough time to read the question properly and then answer. I was running out of time for the last 5 questions and just had to pick an answer based off a skim of the question. I think that when you're asking people competency based questions for a junior position you need to allow the candidate time to read the question and think of how they would manage the situation. The second part of the question were communication style questions where you had 12 minutes to answer 10 questions. These were slightly easier but still you needed to rush over the last few.
