They made me do 3 hours of intermediate/hard online tests for a "100% remote job" just to tell me that we wouldn't continue unless I was willing to accept a "hybrid" offer. The excuse was that "the company just told us we had to drop remote work and everyone is switchin to hybrid" but I highly suspect it was just bait and switch.

They made me do the same leetcode problem in 3 different languages, along with an IQ test. The third leetcode problem was in a custom language specially made for the test.
