i applied online, did 2 assessments online, asked for HR interview, focus group, and another interview with the manager. At last, i got to meet the director and was asked to do drug test before received an offer

describe a challange you have faced and how you solved it
A few rounds of interview and the interviewers were very attentive and engaging. They were not intimidating and very friendly as well. I like the team but I accepted another offer from another company. I would recommend others to apply though and I eventually referred a friend of mine to take the position i declined. Kuddos for the HR considering they tried very hard to persuade me to join the company.
