The two women were very cold, no small talk. Few general questions about my experience and interest and then moved to 'exam type questions' about market share, pictures of their yogurt and how they were placed in the market. One made a face when I didn't quite get the answer the first time! So unprofessional, so cold and an entry level role was being judged like a senior one.

I did an assessment centre involving a competency interview, group task and presentation. Interview was based around competency areas Danone provided, collaboration, feedback and problem solving. The group task was a consultancy based task around ways a business can cut costs with information to read and analyse.
