First had to fill in an application form online which asked why you want to work for danone and how you illustrate their values. Then there was aptitude tests, logical, situational and mathematical. They then ask you to do a recorded interview in which they ask 3 compentency questions.

Application form with competency questions relating to the company values. Following this, there was a short video interview and then online tests. Took a long time to hear back after completing these three stages. If successful, you were then invited to the assessment centre.
