There were 3 rounds. First was technichal then followed by manager round. In that round he was asking normal questions but when why are you leaving current organization question came into picture . He start talking about destiny fate etc that you will be in worst situation here as you are having there. Then after that round next was HR discussion. He started saying you have 3.8 years of exp(btw i had 4.8 ) i corrected him twice still he was saying the same and you have changed 4 companies. Then i explained why i had happened. Post which he asked about CTC and said to me will you join dxc with same CTC. If you're not okay then this is not the place for you. And right away he said leave for the day. If you can't afford employee at least tell him the correct reason. First of all before even scheduling interview ask about his expectation and if you can afford then schedule interview. Don't waste time. Candidate's time is as important as yours. I would suggest don't go for the interview before confirming about package.

Worst hiring process , I got selected and cleared all the rounds and DXC folks said they have sent ur profile for client round . I was calling them for almost every week for one month . Same reply . We will check and update you . No chance okay I wasted my time calling them . If am not selected , please let me know abrupt . I was under severe mental agony on this
