The interview was really fun and enjoyable. The interviewers were approachable and open to doing the technical interview in Bahasa Indonesia. I spent 2 the technical session, adding features and discussing my previous take-home test for a mini ATM system. As far as I know, that was the 8th step in the hiring process — the final one before the bar raiser. Even though I didn’t pass, I’d say it was one of the best interviews I’ve ever had, and I’d be more than happy to apply again sometime down the line.

first round is to do take-home project, 2 options either atm machine or casino second round if you pass first, then first interview technical round asking about what your project submission, and then asked about SOLID principle, TDD, unit testing third round if you pass then will be interviewed by PE (Principal Engineer) talking about casual stuff like your experiences with JVM stuffs if you pass all above process then talk about with TA(talent acquisition) for negotiation

1. phone interview 2. pair programming, 2h 3. level c The company is still new at interviewing, too much uncertainty. The interviewer was asking irrelevant questions during the interview and didn't give enough time to complete the task. No feedback was received after the interview, just rejection. Also asked if I'm Muslim, which I believe should not be asked during the interview. Seems like they don't like that kind. Overall I think it is best to avoid this company for now. Maybe it will get better in couple of years.
