The interview could only be described as ridiculous, at best.
First of all, although the role was advertised as hybrid, both the headhunter who introduced me to the company and the recruiter I spoke with told me it would actually be fully on-site for the first six months before becoming hybrid. This clearly feels like a misleading tactic.
Also, the job description stated that the position would include some HR responsibilities, which was later denied during the interview.
The tests I was rejected on involved things like whether I know how to properly create and write grocery shopping lists.
I definitely would not recommend this company.
