This is the most disorganized company in all of engineering. The interviewer was not prepared in any way. She connected to the Zoom meeting using a phone in a hotel room, and could not keep the camera steady for even a single second. She told me about 4 sentences about Cyient, and the only question she asked was if I could reschedule since she wasn't qualified to ask questions in my field of engineering. Apparently, other interviewers accepted the meeting invite but refused to join the call. If the interviewers can't be bothered to prepare and join a virtual meeting, I won't bother wasting any more time with these clowns.
