The interview process was rigorous but fair. I had two phone interviews and two in-person interviews, meeting with 8 individuals. I also had to train my potential manager on a given topic; in my case, how to install a video card in a PC.

First was a phone screen with recruiter. Then it was a phone screen with the Hiring Manager. Last was an onsite Interview with 4 team members and the hiring manager, each interview was around 30 minutes.

I was sent an email by HR to arrange for a telephone interview of about 30-50 minutes.
The telephone interview asked about my various work history, however, it seemed that all CyberSource was interested in was how much I earned previously. Shortly after I told the interviewer, the interview concluded. So it seemed the phone interview was just to get salary information.
Their offer for the position is around $100,000.
