I only experienced the first interview is getting to know each other. Which is really good. The sharing a lot of information about the role I applied and give you a rough idea about the whole company.

the interview was online and very casual, and the conversation was very well rounded on what the company did and how they did the work. The process and how the teams were stretchered was also talked about and what the first 2 weeks would look like.
