The first interview was in a very relaxed environment, they ask you some questions on your education and what are you looking for in the role and why did you apply. At the end they have some technical multiple choice question and some charades.

Entrevista
There were two interviews, one group and one individual, both quite long with just one interviewer.
In the group interview, the challenges presented were hypothetical and unlikely problems where the ability to manage people and how to resolve possible conflicts in a team was put to the test. Knowing all the company's values beforehand is very important to show interest.
In the individual interview, the technical challenge didn't focus on any technology, but we had to show our line of reasoning to determine the origin of a performance problem.

Attended to a first stage interview with HR. Most of the interview was comprised of behavioral questions. As they have mentioned they follow a horizontal structure where tasks and responsability are delegated accordingly.
