The first two steps were absolutely fine- A first phone interview and an online test where you had to calculate stuff like CPC, CPM etc. The third step was another phone interview and I felt like the whole interview was a bit awkward. It sounded like the interviewer is just reading questions from a piece of paper and after I answered all I got was an 'Uh-huh', a short moment of awkward silence and the next question. In the end of the interview I was told that they'd call me next week to let me know if I made it to the next round or not. I never heard of them ever again.No phone call, no email. It's been two months and obviously they're not getting back to me, ever. I kinda expected more from Criteo, not only did the interviewer not seem to have much experience but I also never heard of them again, not even a short formal email. Pretty unprofessional IMO.
