The phase is exactly as described by other user here in glassdoor.
I applied on linkedin on their announce. They first emailed me than called me via skype after few days. First call is very easy, they just want to know your background and your motivation and if you have an idea about the role.
Second phase is a quiz online, 12 questions for 20 minutes. THe questions are here also in glassdoor avaiable. I stopped here.

Entrevista
Very well structured and professionally managed interview process. Quick response times and no "playing games".
Process consists of 5 rounds (1 phone interview, 1 ability test, 2 physical interviews and 1 case study presentation). Rather long, but I understand the company wants to keep up a high quality of hiring.
Aside from standard cv related questions, focus is on understanding the company's business. Analytical skills tested through case study as well as several brainteasers.
All in all a very pleasant experience.
