I was first approached by an internal recruiter who conducted a phone interview, followed by online test, before proceeding face to face interview after passing the test. For this particular role, the hiring manager is looking for someone who is very focused on new sales generation. The entire process was very professional.

I had 3 interviews:
First, A HR phone screening,
Then, a roleplay with a team lead sales followed by skills & cultural fit questions
Finally, an interview with a team lead sales and a senior manager focused on my sales & personal skills, cultural fit and the reasons why i want to be part of Criteo.
By far, the nicest process I have ever had in my career.
