Initial screening, the HR person asked me questions for a position I didn't even apply for, then try to correct himself oh you seem like a better fit for this role. Yeah... I know, that's what I scheduled my interview for. Fast forward, they gave me a 8 Qs Hireview online pre-recorded interview which is a red flag and companies are lazy and incompetent and do not respect you. I went ahead and complete it and a week later the HR calls me right at the end of the workday. Missed his call and I called right back which went to his voicemail. Email but no reply. Then a few days later, rejected email at Midnight. What a lazy and incompetent DEI hired HR associate and predatory shark loan company.
