Envié una solicitud electrónica. Acudí a una entrevista en Credit Acceptance.

The interview process took around 2 weeks. The process itself wasn't anything out of the ordinary but very thorough with detailed questions. The initial meeting was with the recruiter and you had to submit five references before you could move forward. If you passed the initial call, you then have a virtual meeting with the Director of Sales for the Region. I was lucky enough to have DOS & Recruiters, who had great communication skills until the point of no job offer. The final phase was a final 2-hour interview with the DOS and VP of Region. This included a presentation, interview, and a dealer role play. Unforntually for me, it seemed the VP of the Region wasn't too interested in my skillset, ( my skillset and experience far exceeded the requirements of the job ). ( I was left with no feedback) knew at that point his mind was made up. It seems past experience doesn't help or factor into their hiring process.

Part of the job description says the preferred requirements: (Existing relationships with dealers in the defined territory.) I have/had relationships with over half of the active CAC dealers in the hiring territory for years. That also didn't seem to matter.
Recommendations: Feedback to candidates would be great. Especially when a candidate has met all the boxes plus some. Your process is great and communication is great but not having an answer as to why the job wasn't offered to candidates who went through the whole process (over 2 weeks) and 5 references went out of their way to go to bat for you is a major flaw. Both the candidate and your team took time out of their days. It could just be a policy issue but it should be one that needs to be revamped. Any constructive criticism could help with their next opportunity or view of your company. Please look at past reviews, this seems to be a common problem that needs to be addressed.
