Saw opening on LinkedIn. Wrote personal message directly to hiring manager, then applied to job. Received email from recruiter about a week later to set up a call. Had first call with recruiter a few days after, then second call was with hiring manager and someone on her team about a week after. Each call was 30 min. After call with hiring manager was asked to take a “Caliper” assessment. Not sure how I did because recruiter said they would be passing on my candidacy for someone else and they “are not allowed to give feedback [that] it’s against company policy”.
