Hiring manager questions were more behavioral and get to know you type of stuff. What would you do in x, y, z situations?

Director of QA questions were hypothetical situations on what I would do as far as testing a certain way, how would I manage that in CICD, what types of quality gates would I use, how would I use that data to improve code coverage and to get faster feedback to devs, etc.

VP interview was asking about past experience in implementing test processes, building the test frameworks, integration with CICD, and mentoring.
