Recruiter was really nice on first call but then no showed for the next interview. She sent me an email 5 minutes after the no show turning me down saying the hiring manager already hired someone. Hiring manager and recruiter not on same page at all. Recruiter stated they were hiring up to 5 people. Not truthful on hiring process at all

Long but not terrible. Didnt like the amount of interviews needed and the references. Had to do a lot of roleplaying which didn't bother me. A lot of tell me about a time... Questions.

Entrevista
Great experience, friendly people, very down to earth, great environment. Phone interview, 1 on 1 interview, panel interview, presentation, role play.The interview was thorough and challenging but not painful. The panel interview lasts at least 2 hours. Several execs plus the hiring manager will sit in and ask questions. The more experience you have in lending or the car business, the better. For the interview and for the position. It is a great company to work for. Great people and great benefits.
