I submitted my resume and had a response the same day. I scheduled a phone screen with a recruiter via their online scheduling system for 2 days out. A recruiter called me on time and spoke with me for 15-20 minutes asking screening questions and getting an understanding of my background. She then scheduled me to setup a technical phone screen with a software developer on their staff. The interviewer called me on-time and it took about one hour. I found myself learning more during the interview than I would have expected and the interviewer gave me plenty of time to answer and work through the problems. Overall, I think I wasn't as senior as they wanted but I did answer all of the questions. He said that if I wanted to brush up on a few things and reschedule then I could and then give it a 2nd try, which I may do. The interview process was professional, thorough, and the interviewer was a strong interviewer and developer in his own right.
