The first 2 rounds of interviews were by telephone. The questions weren't terribly difficult but be prepared to answer questions in the STAR format. There weren't any very difficult questions as long as you prepare some anecdotes for some of the potential questions they might ask. The third round of interviews takes place in person and is a day-long process including a panel and writing sample.

The people who interviewed me were awesome and very engaging. They asked questions but followed up with responses that were personal to your experience. There was an in person round and than a follow up round with just one interviewer each time.
