It was very nice. She asked me several questions about my customer service skills and how would handle certain situations. She was professional towards me and felt comfortable talking to her overall it was a nice interview

What did I do to help a customer to better there service
Good experience overall. Reviewed the advertisement for the job which was thorough and explained the prequalifications and benefits. Answered questions to determine if it was a good fit for me personally. Decided not to move forward at the end of the day.

Yes the interview was Very easy , 2 part interview . If you have customer service history or either retail. Sales experience is a plus also , STAR style interview
