Phone interview and 2 in person interviews. The first interview went well all STAR format questions. The Second interview was exactly like the first one, and asked basically the same questions. Was hired about a month after the second interview.

After applying, a day later, the phone call arrive, it is a phone interview that takes about 30 minutes. Basic questions about your background and stuff. After that usually followed by a second phone call that will talk about in person interview. The interview process is actually pretty self explanatory, you have to answer in STAR format.
