The interview went alright. Where it took a turn was when learning that the compensation doesn't match what they offer when you apply. I was told I'm looking around $18 maaaaaaaybe pushing for $19 per hour. With the amount of work, calls, clients, etc. etc. you'd be facing for this role ALONG with the experience to back it up, I'm not looking to start from the bottom again. Was told there is room for growth within 6 months or more, but let's be real.. organizations shouldn't advertise one thing and then tell you thats the pay for the entire dept for said role. We're in 2023, and with experience and such requested by the employer, people aren't looking to cut themselves short. Very sad.
