The interview process was fairly simple and standard, asking about prior work history, familiarity with the job or duties associated with it; nothing extravagant. Took 30 minutes or so to complete.
This was a traditional, fair, easy process. General questions about abilities, why you want to work for the company, and what made you choose this career field. Nothing out of the ordinary.
There are three stages involved in the recruitment process of many companies. The first stage is the Interview calling where candidates are invited for an initial screening interview. The second stage is the HR Interview, where the Human Resources team evaluates the candidate's qualifications, experience, and fit with the company culture. The third stage is the Manager Interview, where the candidate's skills and expertise are assessed by the hiring manager.
Great experience during the interview with the direct manager, assistant general manager, and the general manager. I got the job and liked the company while I worked there for 3 years.
