      Entrevista

First Interview was a phone screen with HR. This went fine and was a positive experience, Second interview was with 4 team members on Teams. This interview consisted of giving a 30 min presentation and 30 min of questions afterwards. Presentation covered my background and qualifications. Also was a fine interview, though it was more casual than the interview with HR, which would be a sign of things to come. Third interview was again with the same panel on Teams. Also was a 30 min presentation and 30 min of questions. This presentation focused more on specifically what I would be doing in the role and my direct experience in the specific skillset I would use. Interview started ~10 min late as it took a while for the panel to join the call. Felt like they went taking this that seriously. Fourth interview was supposed to be the same panel on Teams again. Another 30 min presentation and 30 min of questions. This time the presentation was a case study showcasing the work I would do if hired. This took much longer to prepare. I was basically working on this project for free for a few days. But I was excited about the position and was ready to put in the work for it. In the interview, only the hiring manager shows up. He says the rest of the panel must have forgotten! We plan to reschedule when everyone is available. At this point the company ghosts me, with no response to emails about rescheduling the interview. Received a standard rejection email months after this last interview.
