      Entrevista

      Sent an application for a Customer Success Manager position in the UK. Received an email from a recruiter who seemed to be interested to discuss my application. They set up a meeting which they then canceled about 20 minutes before the meeting was supposed to start. They explained that there was a last minute meeting and they have to reschedule. I understand that these things happen so I accepted the proposed time for rescheduling. When it came to the meeting which was rescheduled to 4 days from the original one, the recruiter never showed up. I had to remind them about our meeting at which point they said they have to reschedule yet again due to "last minute meeting". At this point I was not happy. I thought they are either terrible with time management or aren't really interested. When it came to actually meeting with the recruiter, the meeting was only 15 minutes when it was supposed to be 30 minutes. During this extremely short "interview", the recruiter only asked 1 question about me then proceeded to talk about a role for which I did not apply. They then came back to me a few days later saying they will not proceed with my application. When asked why, they said they were looking for someone with experience with specific application. What puzzles me is how they could possible know I do not have the experience when they didn't even ask about my experience. Overall seems that the company treats people like their time does not matter. Horrible experience.

This is not the first impression we want to give to any of our candidates and we will make sure things like this don't happen again. We spoke to the recruiter about your experience and her intentions were to give your application the best chance possible so she highlighted your most recent experience being more closely matched to another position we are recruiting too. We are very sorry your experience was not up to our usual high standard and we really value your comments, they will help us identify areas for improvement in our process.       Was straight forward with 5 rounds including introductions. Introduction Manager Intro Assignment Culture Fit Salary Discussion Everyone were very helpful and understanding with clear instructions about each round.Although the interviews panned out for over a month the team were communicative and were clear about timelines.

      The process was well structures, communication was consistent and each stage was designed to show off my relevant skills. The task stage was really beneficial when it came to supporting my application as it enabled me to put a lot of my experience into practice and demonstrate my capabilities .

      Entrevista

      It was a 4 step process interviewing with representatives at multiple levels of the Customer Success Organisation both online and in person interviews with a presentation. They came across very welcoming and the questions and meetings flowed nicely. The internal recruiter kept me up to date throughout the whole process.
