Ventajas

- Salary is slightly above the average of Barcelona - Hybrid model of working - Depending on the team you are in, you can get the opportunity to work with some really smart and interesting people

Desventajas

Some advertised benefits, such as meal vouchers and health insurance, require partial employee contributions, which may not align with all expectations of employer-covered benefits. Work schedules can be relatively rigid, with limited flexibility. At times, employees may be expected to remain available throughout standard working hours, occasionally extending beyond them without clear compensation or structured break times. While remote work is common, there appears to be some inconsistency in how it is supported and perceived across the organization. This can create challenges for fully remote or hybrid employees. There seems to be a stronger organizational focus on employees based in France, which may lead to an imbalance in visibility or opportunities for those in other locations. Concerns have been raised regarding management practices and communication style, including instances where feedback may feel overly critical or not sufficiently constructive. Leadership direction and priorities can change frequently, which may make it difficult for teams to align on goals and consistently meet expectations. Career progression and promotions may not always feel fully transparent or strictly merit-based to all employees. Some employees feel that strategic direction, particularly in innovation areas such as AI, could be clearer and more forward-looking. Periodic workforce reductions have occurred, sometimes alongside continued investment in company events and offsite meetings, which may raise questions about prioritization. Company culture has evolved significantly over time, particularly following acquisitions (e.g., Hotjar and Heap), which may not align with all employees’ expectations. Some employees perceive elements of a high-pressure environment, where management style can feel demanding rather than supportive. Diversity at senior leadership levels and sensitivity in internal communications have been noted as areas with room for improvement.

CSQ is full of challenges and opportunities. Company is going through crucial changes during last couple of years, growing and getting better. There's much to learn everyday.

Desventajas

Environment can be quite chaotic time to time, due to frequent changes in the priorities and strategies.
