Thank you for your feedback. We strive to provide a rewarding candidate experience and treat each candidate with care. We appreciate you letting us know we fell short of your expectations. While there is no set timeline for recruiting, we aim to fill most jobs within 30 days, however, that is not always possible especially during the summer months when vacations make it harder to align schedules for our hiring teams. Additionally, with multiple open positions that each have multiple applicants in varying stages of the interview process it is very difficult to provide every applicant an individual status update on their application. We do follow up with a status email to all other candidates once an individual is hired and starts with the organization letting them know the role has been filled. Our records indicate the email for this role was sent earlier today, the date the position was closed/filled.
